The Wall- Accuracy – the test is to score as many goals as possible from 12 yards out. The goalie has several “sweet spots” available for the shooter to take advantage.

The Rip Pit- Speed – the Pit will measure the contestant’s shot velocity (speed and direction). The radar is set up at dead center and the closer to the “bullseye”, the higher the mph.

The Quad- Agility – The course is designed to test the contestant’s footwork, speed and proficiency in cradling and dodging through sets of agility ladders.
